TURNKEY PROJECT DELIVERED ON FASSI F425RA

Grúas Rubió-Pubill, a leading company in roadside rescue, special transport, and crane services for construction and industry, based in Sant Fruitós de Bages (Barcelona), has once again entrusted Transgrúas with the complete rear mounting of its Fassi F425RA.2.28 knukle boom crane on a new vehicle.

 

 

The project began with a custom 3D technical design for the Fassi knuckle boom crane assembly, developed by our engineering department. This design provided the basis for extending the rear chassis of the rigid vehicle and its electrical installation. The 90-liter variable displacement pump and the rear stabilizers, with hydraulic extension to 5,990 mm and 180º hydraulic rotation, were then mounted on this structure. And also fixed transverse stabilizers to give 100% stability at the rear in such a short vehicle. The stability control system was custom-tuned, and the assembly passed the load tests required for used cranes.

 

 

From our body shop, we custom-built a fixed body measuring 4,000 x 2,550 x 700 mm, with a sheet metal floor, folding aluminum sides, a rear door, a toolbox, and a retractable ladder, finished in blue to match our client's corporate colors.

 

 

The delivery confirms Transgrúas' comprehensive service model: engineering, assembly, electronics, and bodywork all under one supplier, with the technical and homologation guarantees required for equipment of this type.
