FASSI F155A E-ACTIVE: NEW ASSEMBLING FOR TRANSGRÚAS LOGÍSTICE DTC

Choosing a knuckle boom crane doesn't end with the model. The configuration of its components determines the performance it will offer in daily operations. With this in mind, Transgrúas has delivered a Fassi F155A.0.24 e-active articulated hydraulic crane to DTC Transportes, a company specializing in crane transport and special transport. The objective of the mounting was to equip the vehicle with a versatile system, capable of adapting to different types of loads while maintaining safety and productivity.

 

 

The crane incorporates four hydraulic extensions, a configuration that allows for a wider working radius and reduces the need to reposition the truck during loading and unloading operations. This translates into more agile maneuvers and greater utilization of working time.

 

The assembly is completed with extra-extendable 5,840 mm hydraulic outriggers, providing a wider base of support. This increased stability allows for better utilization of the crane's capabilities when working conditions permit, enhancing overall safety.

 

 

The addition of Fassi FSC stability control automatically optimizes the crane's performance based on the outrigger extension, ensuring safe operation without compromising available power. Meanwhile, the six-function Scanreco radio remote control improves operator visibility during maneuvers, facilitating more precise load handling from any position.

 

The assembly is completed with an FX500 electronic control unit, a D850 hydraulic distributor, and digital rotation control, systems that deliver smoother movements and more precise control of the articulated hydraulic crane.

 

With this new assembly, Transgrúas demonstrates that proper technical configuration allows each crane to be tailored to the customer's specific needs, resulting in more efficient, safer equipment ready to deliver maximum performance from day one.
