SERRAT CRANES, PART OF THE AGUILAR GROUP, AGAIN PLACES ITS TRUST IN TRANSGRÚAS

 

At Transgrúas, we delivered an exclusive truck-crane combination to Grúas Serrat, a company belonging to the Aguilar Group, specializing in lifting and special transport services. The project was developed on a MAN TGS 35 8x4 truck equipped with a Fassi F1250R.2.9 HXP Techno knuckle boom crane, one of the most advanced configurations currently available for demanding lifting operations.

 

 

The Fassi F1250R.2.9 HXP Techno incorporates nine hydraulic extensions on the main boom and a Fassi L436 jib equipped with six hydraulic and three manual extensions, enabling long working distances with high levels of precision. The setup is completed with a V28 winch with a 2,800 kg capacity and a certified three-person operator basket.

 

One of the highlights of this setup is the crane's integration using a specially designed lowered base by Transgrúas. This solution allows the equipment to be integrated with the vehicle chassis, reducing the fifth wheel's working height and improving the overall functionality of the assembly.

 

 

The equipment also incorporates front stabilizers that allow up to approximately 80% of the crane's maximum capacity to be utilized when working in front of the cab, a feature especially valued in complex operations where access or available space is limited.

 

The vehicle's versatility is complete and is complemented by a multipurpose configuration: tractor with 5th wheel with the possibility of carrying platforms/low loaders, and rigid with removable box, allowing the truck to be adapted to different types of transport and lifting work.

 

With this new project, we delivered a new, custom-built assembly that maximizes equipment performance and meets the specific needs of each client.
