GRUES PALLI ADDS A CUSTOM-MOUNTED FASSI F545RA

Transgrúas has delivered a Fassi F545RA.2.26 XE-Dynamic knuckle boom crane mounted on a MAN TGS 33.520 6x4 to Grúas Palli S.A., a company that already has nearly twenty Transgrúas-supplied cranes in its fleet. This new addition addresses the need for a versatile vehicle, prepared for both lifting operations and working at height.

 

 

With a lifting capacity of 53 tons, the knuckle boom crane incorporates an L426 jib with six hydraulic extensions, a 2,000 kg V20 winch, and a two-person operator basket, expanding work possibilities without the need to change equipment. The configuration is completed with technologies such as Prolink, XP, ADC, XF (Extra Fast), FX500, and FSC SII, in addition to the Scanreco Maxi V7 radio remote control with a color screen, which improves maneuvering precision and operator safety.

 

 

The assembly is completed with a custom-made, removable body manufactured in the Transgrúas workshop and integrated using a sandwich-type assembly. This solution allows the vehicle to be used for different applications while maintaining a balanced weight distribution and high operational performance.

 

It also incorporates the Fassi IoC system, which facilitates telemetry, remote diagnostics, geolocation, usage statistics, and electronic updates. These functions help plan maintenance, reduce downtime, and optimize fleet management.

 

The combination of a high-capacity crane, a custom-designed removable body, and a sandwich-type assembly allows Grúas Palli to have a more versatile piece of equipment, capable of adapting to different types of service with a single vehicle. This type of project reflects the engineering work that Transgrúas develops together with each client to optimize the performance of their equipment.
