LLERONA SPECIAL TRANSPORT INCORPORATES A FASSI F905R TECHNO FOR MACHINERY TRANSPORT

The choice of an knuckle boom crane depends not only on its lifting capacity, but also on how it integrates with the vehicle and the specific needs of each application. With this philosophy in mind, Transgrúas has delivered a Fassi F905R.2.6 TECHNO articulated hydraulic crane to Llerona Special Transport, S.L., a long-time client of the company, for whom a fully customized assembly was developed.

 

 

The new assembly is designed for the special transport of machinery, an application in which loading and unloading operations are typically carried out very close to the truck. For this reason, the client needed a crane with a high lifting capacity, prioritizing power over short distances rather than maximum reach.

 

Unlike other recent Fassi F905R TECHNO configurations, this one omits front stabilizers and features a long body with low sides, facilitating machinery loading and maximizing the vehicle's usable space.

 

The custom-built body incorporates sheet metal sides, a wooden floor, a sheet metal front and rear door, tie-down rings and winches, two toolboxes, a fire extinguisher box, and all homologation-compliant equipment, including side protection, standard lighting, side skirts, and mudguards.

 

 

Each assembly performed by Transgrúas is individually analyzed to achieve the optimal balance between load capacity, functionality, and safety. In this case, the combination of the Fassi F905R.2.6 TECHNO knuckle boom crane with a body specifically designed for machinery transport provides the client with a robust, efficient unit perfectly suited to their daily operations.
