A COMPLETE SET DELIVERED IN MADRID: CRANE AND HOOK LIFT

Transgrúas Madrid delivered a Marrel AL30S SI L S68 hook lift, with a lifting capacity of 30 tons and a length of 6,800 mm, as per the preliminary study, along with a Fassi F165A.2.26 articulated hydraulic crane. The equipment is now operational for transporting and handling containers in the recycling sector.

 

 

The AL30S SI L S68 hook lift incorporates a bolted, removable hook and a perforated frame, allowing the assembly to be adapted to each type of chassis using specific supports. Robotic welding and Marrel-manufactured hydraulic cylinders provide structural strength, while the low center of gravity reduces the chassis height and improves stability under load.

 

 

The pneumatic controls in the cab, the rear hydraulic lock, and the telescopic boom allow the operator to precisely adjust each maneuver. The reduction linkage system provides high pulling power, useful for handling heavy containers. The 1,480 mm hook height facilitates attachment to various container configurations.

 

 

The equipment features a 150-liter oil tank and an 80-liter fixed-displacement hydraulic pump, as well as a vertical stabilizer roller that provides safety during load movement. Assembly is carried out using a bolted system with plates specific to each chassis.

 

 

Along with the hooklift system, a Fassi F165A.2.26 knuckle boom crane from Transgrúas' used crane inventory has been installed. It incorporates a Scanreco 6-lever radio remote control for 5 functions (4 crane functions and 1 winch function), a high-performance Danfoss D900 distributor, and a 2,000 kg hydraulic winch. It also features 6 hydraulic extensions and 1 manual extension, extra-extendable hydraulic stabilizers, and FSC/S stability control.

 

The combination of these two features gives the vehicle great versatility, covering both container transport and the loading and unloading tasks typical of the recycling sector.
