WE STRENGTHEN OUR PRESENCE IN THE RECYCLING SECTOR WITH THE DELIVERY OF THE LIV L150Z

We delivered a Tajfun LIV scrap metal crane, model L150Z.96, to TRICAR ESPAÑA RECUPERACIONES, S.L., a Madrid-based company specializing in the purchase and sale of scrap metal, freight transport, and the recovery of ferrous and non-ferrous materials.

The delivered LIV scrap metal crane, with a lifting capacity of 150 kNm and a hydraulic reach of 9.60 meters thanks to its two hydraulic extensions, has been configured according to the client's operational needs.

Among its distinguishing features are the double rack and pinion steering in an oil bath—which guarantees smoothness and durability in the most demanding operations—, the 6-function DX6 distributors, and the dual hydraulic circuit for the rotator and attachment, which allows for higher working speeds and greater productivity in the plant.

Technical configuration adapted to professional recycling operations

The equipment features hydraulically extendable stabilizers up to 5,010 mm for maximum stability under load, two additional hydraulic functions channeled through the extension, a neutral position on a rocker arm, and a column-mounted seat with two cross-shaped levers and two pedals for ergonomic and intuitive control. The hydraulic stabilizer distributor integrated into the seat itself, along with the two LED headlights on the secondary arm, complete a configuration focused on safety and operational efficiency during intensive workdays.
