COMPLETE RECYCLING EQUIPMENT FOR CASA NUALART

We delivered a state-of-the-art recycling equipment system to Casa Nualart at our Barcelona branch. The solution, comprised of a Cranab recycling crane RZ18 in a folding configuration and a high-capacity Marrel hooklift system AL20, reinforces Transgrúas' commitment to the sustainable waste management sector.

 

The Cranab crane, in its folding configuration, features two hydraulic extensions with a reach of 9,600 mm, a double rack and pinion steering system, and a 9-section distributor for operating the outriggers from the operator's seat. The operator has an ergonomic column-mounted station with two pedals and two levers, while the piping runs inside the extension for maximum protection. The dual hydraulic circuit and hydraulically extendable outriggers complete a crane designed to perform in demanding environments.

 

The Marrel hooklift system offers a lifting capacity of 20 tons, with a low-profile chassis perforated for weld-free assembly, a telescopic boom, external body locking, and a hook bolted at a height of 1,480 mm—features that guarantee versatility and safety in every operation.
