TABIQUES COSTABRAVA STRENGTHENS ITS FLEET WITH A FASSI F165A.2.24 KNUCKLE BOOM CRANE

We recently delivered a Fassi F165A.2.24 knuckle boom crane to Tabiques Costa Brava, S.L., a leading company based in Cassà de la Selva (Girona). With over 20 years of experience in construction, partition walls, and bricklaying, the company is taking a significant step forward by incorporating one of the most advanced pieces of equipment on the market.

CUTTING-EDGE TECHNOLOGY

The Fassi knuckle boom crane stands out for its four hydraulic extensions that reach a horizontal radius of 12.55 meters with a 1,000 kg lifting capacity. Its load moment of 16.92 Tm/m and HD4/S2 classification (200,000 duty cycles) guarantee exceptional performance.

The innovative Prolink system with double connecting rod increases the working angle of the secondary boom from 10° to 15°, and of the extensions from 10° to 20°, allowing access to areas inaccessible to conventional cranes. The 416° rotation and 8-ton swivel hook provide maximum operational versatility.

PREMIUM EQUIPMENT

The unit includes an FX500 electronic limit switch, a Danfoss D850 distributor, XP and XF power and speed boost systems, a 6-function SCANRECO RCS remote control, and extra extendable outriggers.

The IOC (Internet of Cranes) system stands out: real-time telemetry, GPS geolocation, remote fault diagnosis, usage statistics, remaining life calculation, and electronic updates. Intelligent management for predictive maintenance.

The installation includes a fixed body with a reinforced floor, folding aluminum sides, two toolboxes, eight tie-down rings, and a retractable ladder.
