This is a perfectly suited solution for recycling operations at FERROS VALLBONA, S.L., a company specializing in the collection, processing, and sale of scrap metal and other metals, based in Vallbona d'Anoia (Barcelona).

 

The delivered system combines the powerful LIV L150Z.96 scrap and forestry crane with the Marrel AL20 hooklift system, a configuration that maximizes efficiency in waste management operations.

 

The LIV L150Z crane stands out for its 9.56-meter folding boom and 15-ton/m lifting capacity, incorporating double-cylinder slewing that guarantees fast and precise movements. This new crane features an innovative internal piping system for powering the rotator and grapple, along with double hydraulic outriggers extendable up to 5,010 mm.

 

When paired with the Marrel AL20 hooklift system, this unit becomes a versatile solution for handling containers and recyclable materials. This container handling system optimizes loading and unloading times, a crucial aspect in the recycling sector where operational efficiency makes all the difference.
