WE CELEBRATE WORKPLACE SAFETY AND HEALTH WEEK

Once again, we celebrated Workplace Safety and Health Week, an annual initiative aimed at strengthening a preventative culture among all our employees. This year, the central theme was road safety, an especially relevant area today with the 2050 goal of zero road accidents (the European Union and Spain's objective to eliminate deaths and serious injuries in traffic accidents by 2050).

During this week, the different Transgrúas branches participated in a program of activities designed to combine training and interactive experiences. The Mossos d'Esquadra (Catalan Police) gave specialized talks on road safety and the dangers of driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs. In addition, a 3D simulation activity was conducted, allowing our colleagues to experience firsthand the effects of these substances while driving, generating a real and lasting impact.

The week also included interactive quizzes on road safety, which fostered participation among delegations and tested the team's knowledge. The closing day featured an awards ceremony for the winners and a celebratory reception, reinforcing the sense of community and Transgrúas' commitment to safety as a strategic value.

Promoting a week of educational and interactive activities to raise awareness among our team about driving risks and strengthen a culture of prevention has been a very enriching experience.
