Transgrúas has officially delivered a new Fassi F545RA.2.28 XE-Dynamic knuckle boom crane to the Virosque Group. This addition expands the Transgrúas fleet, which the group has been continuously growing for years based on sound technical expertise. Outstanding Technical Performance

With a lifting capacity of 53 Tn/Mt and HD5/S2 class, the Fassi F545RA.2.28 XE-Dynamic features a 16 Tn rotating hook, continuous 360° rotation with hydraulic motor, and hydraulically extendable outriggers up to 7,790 mm with ball joint plates. The XF (Extra Fast) system accelerates work cycles, while the FX500 electronic limiter, along with the ProLink, XP, and ADC modules, ensures maximum operational safety. The D900 distributor, graphic display, oil cooler, and regenerative valve complete a benchmark configuration in its segment.

Intelligence and Safety: FSC II and IOC

The Fassi FSC II Stability Control system allows operation without fully extending the outriggers, intelligently adapting based on tests performed during the assembly phase. This functionality significantly enhances the machine's versatility in urban or confined spaces.

The IOC system connects the operator to the crane via real-time. The Scanreco RCS radio remote control and the V20 model lifting winch complete a system designed for maximum productivity and traceability.

Custom-built fixed body

The Fassi articulated hydraulic crane is mounted on a fixed body made of 5 mm thick rugged sheet metal (6,100 mm external × 2,550 mm wide), with three 600 mm side panels, a reinforced front with a loading bridge, a hinged rear door, and two toolboxes. This comprehensive equipment reflects Transgrúas' ability to tailor each solution to the customer's specific needs.
