TRANSGRUAS STRENGTHENS THE GLASS SECTOR IN BAGÈS WITH A FASSI F135A

Transgruas recently completed the delivery of a Fassi F135A ACTIVE knuckle boom crane to a specialized glass company located in the Bagès region. This new addition represents a significant advancement in the client's operational capabilities, providing a robust and technologically advanced solution for the specific demands of industrial glass handling.

The delivered knuckle boom crane stands out for its lifting capacity of 13.05 Tn/m and HD4/S2 classification, characteristics that make it an ideal tool for handling the bulky and delicate loads typical of the glass industry. The equipment incorporates an 8-ton rotating hook with 390º rotation, offering exceptional versatility in operations requiring millimeter precision.

Advanced Technology for Safe Operations

The F135A.0.20 ACTIVE model comes equipped with the FX500 electronic limiter and the D850 system, along with a graphic display that facilitates real-time control of all functions. The inclusion of the M.O.L. (Manual Overload Limiter) system and the oil cooler ensures optimal performance even during intensive workdays.

To maximize safety, a critical aspect when handling fragile materials such as glass, the crane incorporates the FSC P Stability Control system, which constantly monitors operating conditions. The one-sided controls and the Scanreco RCS radio remote control allow the operator to control the equipment with maximum precision from the most suitable position.

In addition, the crane is complemented by a manual extension that extends its reach for specific operations.
