SUMEX RECEIVES THE FIRST FASSI F805R TECHNO CRANE DELIVERED IN SPAIN

Revolutionary TECHNO technology: maximum power with reduced weight and total intelligent control.

We delivered the first unit in Spain of the revolutionary Fassi F805R.2 HXP-TECHNO knuckle boom crane to SUMEX, Subministraments de Materials i Excavacions Igualada, S.L. This milestone marks the arrival in the Spanish market of the latest generation of Fassi's TECHNO range, which redefines industry standards with unprecedented innovations.

 

The new Fassi F805R.2 Techno knuckle boom crane represents a qualitative leap in the evolution of articulated hydraulic cranes. With a lifting capacity of 75 ton-meters and an optimized weight of only 7,520 kg, it offers a 25% increase in vertical capacity and a 51% increase in horizontal load capacity compared to its predecessor, the F800RA.2. This exceptional performance is achieved thanks to the innovative X-DESIGN decagonal boom system, inherited from the F905R.2.

 

The "intelligent heart" of this crane is the TECHNO system, which integrates the FX990 control unit with an FX991 color touchscreen and a SCANRECO V7S radio remote control. This system comprehensively manages all functionalities, providing the operator with real-time visualization of pressures, loads, working areas, and complete control over operational phases.

 

The configuration delivered to SUMEX includes the advanced FSC/TECHNO Stability Control, which precisely defines working areas and their stability with millimeter accuracy. The crane features 360º rotation with dual hydraulic motors, stabilizers extendable up to 8,290 mm, a 2,800 kg V28 winch, an L436 hydraulic extension with the JDP (Jib Dual Power) system—which automatically calibrates pressure and limiter intervention—and the revolutionary IOC system, enabling telemetry, remote diagnostics, geolocation, usage statistics, and remote electronic updates.

 

This delivery positions SUMEX, a company with over 25 years of experience in the Anoia region, at the forefront of technology in the sector, while Transgrúas confirms its leadership as a benchmark for innovative solutions in the Spanish market.
