INTRODUCING THE LATEST INNOVATIONS FROM MARREL

Marrel has introduced four new technical options designed to enhance the versatility and efficiency of its Ampliroll® HIGH systems. These solutions are available in the START, OPTI, and PRO packages, offering greater adaptability to each customer's operational needs.

Telescopic boom sliding pads

One of the most notable innovations is the horizontal and lateral sliding pads made of NYTRALON NSM, the same material used in FASSI cranes. This option significantly reduces noise and minimizes friction during daily operations, improving both sustainability and operator comfort. The pads are adjustable during assembly to optimize boom guidance.

Height-adjustable boom

Marrel presents a versatile solution for companies working with containers of varying heights. Available in manual (1425-1570 mm adjustment in the S and SL ranges, or 1450-1570 mm in the LP range) and hydraulic versions, this system allows for quick and easy hook height adjustment, increasing productivity thanks to the integrated dual height.

DUSTPROOF Technical Housing

For dusty or humid environments, Marrel offers a hermetically sealed technical housing with enhanced protection. This system, limited to a maximum of 4 functions, includes a top plate and bulkhead fittings for each hydraulic and electrical hose, ensuring greater equipment durability in adverse conditions.

Single-Sided Control Box on a Plate

This option allows for the control of a single-sided control box with 2 or 3 hydraulic functions directly from the Ampliroll® distributor, using a pneumatic control box with 2 levers from the cab. This solution optimizes productivity by allowing the management of two units with separate controls.
