A DE ANGELIS DRAWBAR TRAILER FOR THE RECYCLING SECTOR

We delivered a De Angelis 3R3 low-profile trailer to LR TREZA GROUP, S.L., a company based in Castellar del Vallès (Barcelona) dedicated to the recycling and waste management sector. This transaction further reinforces Transgrúas' commitment to the recycling industry, a sector that demands robust, versatile, and high-capacity transport solutions.

The De Angelis trailer delivered currently represents the lowest platform model on the market, with a chassis just 900 mm from the ground and a completely flat loading platform that maximizes the usable loading area. Its rear section incorporates a double slope that greatly facilitates the loading of heavy machinery, a critical element in the daily operations of the recovery and recycling sector.

Among its most outstanding technical features are a load capacity of 33,000 kg and a payload of 26,500 kg, built on a high-performance S355 steel chassis. Equipped with three ROR axles, mechanical suspension with four parabolic leaf springs and silent blocks, a 2S/2M ABS braking system, and 12+1 tubeless 245/70 R 17.5 J tires, the combination guarantees maximum safety and reliability on any route.

The trailer also incorporates hot-dip galvanized 4.00 x 0.85 m hydraulic rear ramps with Hardox 450 anti-slip profiles, a lifting system with double jacks, and electro-hydraulic operation. A certified special transport signaling kit is completed, including removable panels, LED clearance lights, and an approved orange rotating beacon.
