We delivered a complete lifting and handling unit to a leading company in the rental and leasing of industrial vehicles with over 50 years of experience and a presence throughout the Iberian Peninsula.

The installation combines a Fassi F95 knuckle boom crane with a Marrel AL20 hooklift system, creating a high-performance setup for loading and unloading operations in demanding environments.

The Marrel AL20 hooklift system stands out for its 20-ton capacity and a hook height of 1,480 mm. It features pneumatic cab controls, a hydraulic rear body lock, an 80-liter pump, and a 150-liter oil tank, offering a robust and reliable solution for moving containers and heavy loads.

Completing the setup, the Fassi F95 crane elevates the technological level of the installation with its three hydraulic extensions and a lifting capacity of 8.56 tons/meter in HD4/S2 class. It features a 5.4-ton rotating hook, 400° rotation, stabilizers adjustable to 45° or 180° with a ball-joint support plate, and the FSC stability control system. Equipment management is handled by the FX200 electronic limiter, a Danfoss S800 four-function distributor with a graphic display, a horizontal position indicator for the main boom, and a Scanreco RCS radio remote control. The integrated oil cooler ensures system durability under intensive operating conditions.
