Fassi Truck-Mounted Hydraulic Cranes

At Transgrúas, we are the official Fassi distributor in Spain, with over 48 years of experience in the truck-mounted articulated crane sector. Fassi ranks among the world's top three manufacturers of hydraulic cranes, with a range spanning from 1 to 210 metric tons and more than 60 models in multiple versions, designed for freight transport, public and private construction, and handling heavy materials such as machinery, timber, iron, and prefabricated elements.

More than just a crane: the complete solution from Transgrúas

As an official Fassi distributor, at Transgrúas we go beyond simply selling and distributing cranes. We offer a comprehensive service that includes 3D design of the assembly, final installation and bodywork of the vehicle, stability parameterization in accordance with regulations, and official operator training.

Cabin Collision Detector (CCD)

The new system is a step forward in terms of controlling the movement of the main and secondary booms where there is a risk of invading the “protection zone” surrounding the truck cabin. The system uses position sensors to control the movement of the crane arms, detecting the distance from the truck cabin and automatically blocking them when they come too close. The movement of the column is controlled by rotation sensors, which suspend operations, thus avoiding collisions. This guarantees the safe use of the crane, automatically inhibiting all potentially dangerous movements of the main and secondary arms.
