TABIQUES COSTABRAVA STRENGTHENS ITS FLEET WITH A FASSI F165A.2.24 KNUCKLE BOOM CRANE

 

We delivered a Fassi F165A.2.24 knuckle boom crane to Tabiques Costa Brava, S.L., a company with over 20 years of experience in construction, partition walls, and bricklaying, based in Cassà de la Selva (Girona), at our Barcelona branch.

 

 

The Fassi F165A.2.24 crane features four hydraulic extensions with a 12.55-meter horizontal radius and a 1,000 kg lifting capacity, a load moment of 16.92 Tm/m, and an HD4/S2 classification (200,000 cycles). The Prolink system with double connecting rod extends the working angle of the secondary boom to 15° and the extensions to 20°, accessing areas inaccessible to conventional cranes.

 

The 416° rotation and 8-ton swivel hook complete this highly versatile tool.

 

 

The equipment includes the FX500 electronic limit switch, Danfoss D850 distributor, XP and XF systems, a 6-function Scanreco RCS remote control, and extra-extendable outriggers. The standout feature is the IOC (Internet of Cranes) system: real-time telemetry, GPS geolocation, remote diagnostics, usage statistics, and remaining life calculation for truly predictive maintenance.

 

 

The assembly was 3D-designed by our engineering department and includes a fixed body with a reinforced floor, folding aluminum sides, two toolboxes, eight tie-down rings, and a retractable ladder.
