NEW FASSI CRANE DELIVERY FOR RIPOTRANS

 

At Transgrúas, we continue to support companies that invest in high-performance lifting equipment. This time, we delivered a new Fassi F345RB.2.28 knuckle boom crane to our clients and friends at Grúas y Transportes RIPOTRANS, a leading company in the sector located in Lliçà d’Amunt with over 30 years of experience and a fleet of more than 100 crane trucks.

 

 

The delivered unit stands out for its lifting capacity of 31.09 tons/meters and high-performance configuration with eight hydraulic extensions plus one manual extension. Furthermore, it incorporates an 11.5-ton rotating hook, continuous 360° rotation via hydraulic motor, and the XF (Extra Fast) system, optimizing work cycles and improving productivity in intensive maneuvers.

 

 

In terms of electronics, the crane incorporates an FX500 limit switch, ProLink, XP, and ADC technologies, as well as a graphic display, digital rotation control, and an RCS Scanreco radio remote control with a Danfoss D900 distributor. All of this allows for maneuvers with maximum precision and safety, even in complex or highly demanding operations.

 

 

The installation is completed with the FSC SII stability control system and a V20 winch with automatic control, configuring a crane ready to offer high performance in lifting, loading, and material handling in all types of environments.

 

 

The assembly is a semi-sandwich configuration mounted on a 6.2 x 2.5 meter box with a Finnish plywood floor and aluminum sides. The unit also includes a loading front, three toolboxes, a water tank, and a fire extinguisher box, offering a robust, practical solution ready for everyday use.
