Our Valencia branch has delivered a complete set of recycling equipment to our client, Herederos de Charau, S.L.: a LIV L120Z.78 recycling crane and a Marrel AL20 20-ton hooklift truck. This combination is designed to maximize productivity and safety on every workday.

The LIV L120Z.78 is a 120 kNm crane in a folding version with a 7.8-meter boom reach. It is equipped with a double rack and pinion steering system and a double distributor, allowing for rapid movement. Its internal piping system protects the hydraulic hoses from external wear, reducing the risk of breakdowns and downtime. The operator has a column-mounted seat with two levers and two pedals, along with a dual hydraulic circuit and a double-body pump, resulting in greater ergonomics, control, and safety during long days of scrap metal handling.

The Marrel AL20 hooklift: versatility and power for container transport

The Marrel AL20 is a multi-lift hooklift for three-axle heavy vehicles between 26 and 32 tons GVW, with a lifting capacity of 20 tons and adaptable to bodies between 4,000 and 7,300 mm in length. Its telescopic arm provides greater flexibility and reach, while the external body locking system ensures robust securing during transport, reducing the risk of unwanted load shifting.
