FASSI F32 CRANE WITH ALUMINUM BODYWORK FOR VILAENCOFRADOS

At our facilities in Lliçà de Vall, we delivered an Iveco Daily to Vilaencofrados—a construction company based in Ibiza that specializes in concrete structures—equipped with a Fassi F32A.0.23 Active hydraulic articulated crane and a complete fixed aluminum body.

 

 

The Fassi F32A.0.23 Active knuckle boom crane is designed for light-duty vehicles. Featuring three hydraulic extensions, it offers a hydraulic reach of up to 6.90 meters and a 370° slewing range via a rack-and-pinion system, facilitating maneuvers in confined spaces. Mounted on an Iveco Daily chassis, the unit allows for easy access to construction sites located on narrow streets and enables agile movement between different locations.

 

 

Our engineering team designed both the bodywork and the integration of the crane onto the chassis using 3D modeling. This preparatory work allows us to optimize weight distribution, maximize the vehicle’s payload, and tailor every detail to the client’s specific operational requirements before assembly begins. The choice of aluminum reduces the overall weight of the unit—a key factor for a vehicle in this category.

 

 

We supported Vilaencofrados throughout the entire process: providing guidance on equipment selection, design, bodywork fabrication, crane installation, commissioning, and final delivery.
