CELA LAUNCHES THE ESSENTIAL RANGE: TRUCK-MOUNTED AERIAL WORKSHOPS DESIGNED PRIMARILY FOR THE RENTAL SECTOR

Transgrúas presents the new Essential range from Cela, a line of truck-mounted aerial work platforms designed primarily for the rental sector. The range was first showcased at the ANAPAT 2026 National Convention (A Coruña, June 10-11), where attendees were able to see a unit on display. This is Transgrúas' first official publication regarding this launch.

 

 

The Essential range is not a catalog variant: it is a line developed by Cela from the ground up to adapt to the operational and economic needs of professional rental companies. The range comprises four models: two telescopic models with working heights of 18 and 20 meters, and two double pantograph models with heights of 20 and 24 meters. All are mounted on Iveco chassis with a comfort package.

 

The approach is straightforward: a fixed, well-designed configuration with all the equipment a rental machine needs as standard, without having to add optional extras.

 

 

Each platform in the Essential range includes the following as standard:

 

• Automatic platform folding, reducing setup and takedown times on site.

 

• Automatic stabilizer leveling, with the ability to work on slopes of up to 5°.

 

• 300 kg basket with integrated water, power, and air connections.

 

• Side basket attachment to the boom, with direct ground support for easier operator access and material loading, on the P20 and P24 models.

 

• Cela System 4.0 Telemetry (IPERCELA): real-time remote monitoring of operating parameters, geolocation, alarms, and preventive maintenance, at both the unit and fleet levels.

 

 

 

Although machinery rental companies are the primary target market for this range, the Essential is equally well-suited to other sectors such as: public lighting maintenance companies, facade renovation and restoration companies, and municipal works crews.
