After closing the year 2018 with a record manufactured platforms, Multitel is preparing its assistance to Bauma show where it will present 3 new models

Of the 6 platforms that will be displayed at the Multitel Pagliero stand, 3 are new models that come to increase the range of platforms for light vehicles (3.5 tons of MMA) and the range of crawler platforms:

• MZ 250: new articulated platform of 25 m working height on 3.5 ton vehicles. This model can be mounted on Iveco with a wheelbase of 3,000 mm, which guarantees a unique compactness. The articulated boom makes the platform very versatile and a perfect ally for various types of applications. In addition, the platform can operate at a negative level of -2.5 m. The MUSA MUltitel Self Adapting outreach system allows the platform to adjust the working range automatically depending on the load of the basket and the position of the stabilizer; in any angular position of the turret, the system maximizes the outreach and this increases the working area.
• MTE 270 EX: this is a new model of the telescopic range. With a working height of 27 m it is a unique model offering this height on 3.5 ton vehicle. The MT 270 EX has a generous cage capacity of 250 kg. The rear stabilizers of the platform remain permanently in the line of the vehicle, while the front stabilizers can be deployed either in the line of the vehicle, extended only on one side or extended on both sides. Even with the in-line outriggers, the platform offers the full 16m outreach on the rear and the generous 9m lateral outreach. With an extended stabilizer, this additional range increases to 13 m. This is achieved through the new Multitel MUSA extension system Mltitel Self Adapting Selfadchting. The MTE270 EX has a rugged aluminum alloy frame, cold extruded aluminum alloy boom sections, automatic one-button stabilizer stabilizer, automatic one-button return to the transport position, all of which makes it a very easy to use and high performance platform.
• MJ 226: This is a telescopic range platform with articulated jib on 3.5 ton vehicle. This geometry gives great versatility to this model. The MJ226 provides a maximum load in a 250 kg basket with a horizontal outreach of 9.2 m with 250 kg of basket load and 12.4 m with 80 kg. With the false aluminum frame and the extendable stabilizers, this model has a wide working area and is very compact mounted on a vehicle.
• MT 204 Lithium: 20 m working height platform. that works with a lithium battery power pack, ideal for working indoors or places free of emissions and noise. It has a working outreach in lateral of 14,3 m. and basket with capacity from 80 to 300 Kg. of load with different lateral outreacges according to the weight on the basket. The platform is powered conventionally while the vehicle is traveling on the road and a second alternator in the vehicle engine recharges the battery. Upon arrival at the work station, the outriggers are lowered through the power take-off of the vehicle or the on-board batteries that offer an autonomy of a full day of work. The lithium batteries feed a variable speed electric motor that, in turn, drives a hydraulic pump to drive the platform with a very high efficiency. As the vehicle moves from one workplace to another, the batteries are automatically recharged with the second alternator, the main alternator charges the vehicle's battery and supplies the vehicle's lights and standard vehicle functions.

• SMX 210: new model of the range of crawler platforms. With a working height of 21 m and lateral outreach of up to 10.2 m. The fixed stabilization area is quite compact with a size of 3.5 x 3.5 m. Dimensions of the folded machine are m 1.97 (h) x 4.53 (l) x 1.08 (w), and has a total weight of 3,500 kg. The tracks are "non-marking" type and stabilization is automatic both from the ground and from the basket. A lithium battery version is planned to be launches in the fourth quarter of this year.

• MJ 685: Multitel will exhibit the well-known MJ 685, platform with main boom made of steel and equipped with four telescopic extensions with sequential output. It has an articulated jib rotatable 170 ° with respect to the main arm with a first steel element and two telescopic extensions in aluminum. It boasts a maximum working height of 68.50 m, a maximum outreach of 35.50 m and a maximum capacity of 400 kg. The basket, in aluminum profile, is extendable from 2.5 to 3.8 m in length by 0.9 m in width and 1.1 mm in height. In this model the option of winch with a capacity of 800 kg and radio control is also available. The platform at the fair will be mounted on a Volvo chassis of 4 axles and 32 ton. of MMA.
