Whether by telephone or in person, the first contact with Transgrúas is usually through the receptionist.
This month of August we want to show you a little more of the company processes from a closer point of view given through our human team, for this reason this time we talk with Sílvia Fernández, receptionist of Transgrúas, who is a fundamental piece in the the company organization because her functions are the axis between the internal and external corporate communication.
Sílvia came to Transgrúas 4 years ago through a temporary employment agency, but her performance exceeded expectations, opening her way to be part of the team immediately. Her position requires multitasking skills, which Sílvia fully dominates. Within her functions are involved several departments and these range from attending around 100 daily calls, contact the person of each department for the correct customer service, provide information to people who arrive at the office and help them with what they need, to assign within the commercial department every call received from a potential customer. And all with a natural sympathy and a positive and empathetic attitude with our clients.
During our conversation, Sílvia expressed that one of the things she likes the most is the contact and the relationship with people, and she even uses her knowledge in the languages she dominates in order to attend to customers and suppliers from abroad. Another of the highlights of its functions, is that all sales invoices from our four workshops go through her hands as the first review and alignment of the administrative department.
Undoubtedly Sílvia is one of the main axes of the company, her work is of utmost importance for the efficient execution of the processes and with her impeccable work has become the voice of Transgrúas.
