Caring for the perfect condition of the machine until delivery to the customer
One of the main philosophies of the Transgrúas brand, is to maintain a high level during all the process of the activity. From giving the correct advice to the client, the reception of the order, the ideal packaging for the product and the final delivery, those are some of the processes of which we feel 100% responsible and always seek to provide the highest level of quality. That why, this time we will talk about the logistic department, whose main activity is the reception, packaging and assurance of the machinery, in order to keep the product safe until it arrives in perfect conditions and to satisfy the expectations of our customers.
Currently the department has 3 people who manage the logistics working together with the warehouse department. Samuel Soler, the person who is in charge of the department, said that the most important part of the process when the delivery of one or more equipment happen, is the assurance of the machinery that will be delivered, which is totally in charge of the company, that process guarantees that efficiency will always be present, avoiding possible eventualities that may occur during transfers, and at the same time this makes that the order arrives in perfect condition to the hands of the customer.
Among other activities, the department is also responsible for adjusting, maintaining and completely clean the cranes, general equipment and second-hand accessories. This part of the process is very special, because the logistics team also make the process of conditioning the cranes and complementary accessories for the stock display, in order to facilitate the sales process and provide comfort to potential buyers. Besides, they make
photographs of the equipment, for marketing and commercial objectives.
Even though the logistic team does not deal directly with the buyers, their daily work is a fundamental part of the customer service phase. Their main commitment is to do all the process efficiently and effectively in order to that the machinery reaches its destination in an appropriate way and satisfied, not only with its purchase purposes, but also with the expectations of our customers.
