In this section we want to talk about a very important department that directly affects one of the main values that our company has: to deliver any equipment with the shortest possible time, the best conditions of transport and the security that will arrive in perfect state, these are the functions along with the communication of the whole process that mainly leads you to Verónica Pérez, Elisabeth Villamayor and Álex Pazo in their daily work.
Sharing the work that this department does, it is surprising to see the amount of work involved in the entire administrative process and not really appreciated; here are the steps that the department performs neatly:
- Processing of orders
- Purchases of machinery / accessories
- Photo report
- Transport (by road / sea / air)
- Proof of boarding
- Duplicates of documentation
- Entry and control of stock of machinery / accessories
- Sales Order Billing
- Sending of documentation and invoices
On the other hand the used market has the double job of buying and selling and some more questions like the valuation of the equipment, the state, all the cost management, enrollment ... in this part Alex is the specialist and who is in charge of the day to day.
Nevertheless, we would like to thank the team for their work and we hope they can continue to contribute to the values of Transgruas with their professionalism and constancy in the work.
