One of our most important departments is after-sales service: with its advice and technical know-how they give our customers a safety that allows them to continue working with peace of mind and to have Transgruas as their brand of confidence in the sector. In the next lines we will explain in more detail who the department and its main functions and schedules.
With the evolution of the technology in the machinery, as much in its commissioning as the updating of the electronic systems, resolution of possible damages etc. in Transgrúas we have been implementing the after-sales department to meet the growing needs of the wide range of machinery we have delivered over the last 39 years. The section as such began in Madrid to detect the need to support dealers and workshops that needed technical advice in the development and programming of the cranes mainly. Currently the team is formed by our colleagues Pere Lloreda in Barcelona and David Polo and Miguel Mellado in Madrid, who attend all the requests from 8 in the morning until 9 at night, being from 18:30 to 9 hours only for emergencies.
The main focus of the after-sales team is to provide technical assistance and advice to both final customers and dealers and workshops; starting from this objective the tasks they perform are diverse and of vital importance for Transgruas and our dealer network. Some of these functions are to accompany and receive the client, to advise on the resolution of technical incidents or repairs, to give remote assistance even resolving problems of equipment in other countries and avoiding that they have to go through a workshop and to be on the other side in any problematic that both customers as representatives and dealers meet with their machines. They also organize and impart training courses to concessionaires and disseminate our LIFEPLUS program of integral maintenance of machines, which covers regulated training in use of cranes, maintenance and periodic inspections.
The quality of the equipment is supplemented by the great capacity of our after sales team to generate a total tranquility to our customers. We hope that this post has served to know a little more our department, thank the role they perform and clarify or contextualize the tasks they perform and the issues with which they can be vital.
