When we make up the decision on where to mount our crane (or whatever equipment), we have to take into account several factors: the price of course is one of them, but we would like to highlight why within all factors, price is one of the secondary reasons.
Within the years of experience we have mounting all kind of hydraulic machines in Transgrúas, we have encountered a series of problems and inconveniences in the poor quality of its execution that have caused different costs and wasted time. These cases have led us to confirm our commitment to quality and service excellence above cost savings.
We are going to put some cases with which we have met and that can be given with an inefficient assembly and some of its potential consequences so that you are attentive and you will count on us to look for the best solution.
Excess weight in the assembly: not putting the right materials, trying to create stability through the weight, causes the vehicle to stay with less payload, creating a detritment to the customer who has a crane capable of lifting cargo but without the possibility of transporting it within the legal limits.
Poor welding: you can see quickly by air pores, this severely affects torsion and flexion, causing a lack of performance at critical points. The consequence is to have to start over the fitting from 0, with the consequent economic repercussion.
Machine/accessories welded to the vehicle chassis: another case that we have met too many times ... when overheating the material not only you loose properties which affect its performance but, also the manufacturing warranty can be lost.
The last case that we will present to you is the lack of certi fi cates as the assembly has been done with the pertinent homologation, necessary to legalize the final unit truck + machine. (crane, platform, hooklift... whatever).
These are not all the cases, nor are they the most problematic, but those that we find continuously and that we want to warn about. To have a safe mounting we recommend to hire professionals, otherwise, these are some of the risky points to check in order to avoid its consequences.

More and more customers understand the need to maintain their machines as an investment, not as an expense
Year 2017 for our Lifeplus section has been very profitable and we want to celebrate the ascending line of this...

There are 3 basic objective concepts that will determie two questions: the performance and life (working cycles) of a hydraulic crane.
