The Bodywork Workshop is one of the departments that we are most satisfied with. Toady we will talk about both the human part, and the facilities and the service that is carried out by this department.

The team is headed by the workshop manager who manages all the personnel in the manufacturing processes of the components, the assembly process and the final work that is the painting of the bodywork.

The facilities are composed of 2 warehouses of 1,500 m2 equipped with overhead crane, shear, folding, high capacity paint booth, drying oven, punch, plasma and special drills. All this equipment means that we have what it takes to make bodies and tippers for different uses and manufactured with different materials, completely internally controlling 100% of the entire process and seeing the project as one. The fact of being able to give this service makes Transgrúas the best option when it comes to mounting a body or any other equipment that includes a final body.

Depending on the activity to which the truck will be working, one type of body or another will be required. In Transgrúas, many types of bodywork have been made and for various functions and activities: vehicle carrier platforms, anti-wear steel dumps for all types of waste, breakwater or construction materials; bodies with hydraulic ramps for transporting machinery, trolling trucks, removable body for special cases or Tauliner and semitauliner bodies for general transport. One of the most recurrent cases are the integral aluminum bodies for light vehicles or for customers that need a greater payload, which is why we release a great part of the weight when making it of aluminum. With the accumulated experience, we are available to advise the client on the choice of materials and finishes to customize the body to your needs.
