The spare parts service is an important section to which in Transgrúas we pay special attention, to guarantee the satisfaction of each and every one of our clients and to have a constant and direct contact with the needs and concerns that they may have.
With the different existing communication channels it is sought to give the best possible service to the customer that is looking for that spare part that it needs: one of the most important channels is the web in which work is still being carried out so that in its spare parts section it is possible to consult available parts in stock and consult its main characteristics. On the other hand, with the Transgrúas APP, this same information can be accessed from the mobile, with other channels available such as the direct email firstname.lastname@example.org or the direct telephone (+ 34) 697 43 73 36.
With the confidence that we work with the best brands and that we offer our customer an extensive service with recognized brands such as Fassi, Palfinger, Hiab ... we work to offer the best possible prices thanks to the negotiations carried out by the department and some agile deliveries through the experience that gives us 40 years processing requests with emergencies, in many cases. Also note that special prices are made per volume.
In the references with a higher turnover index, our aim is having a stock that ensures a faster delivery and therefore a better service. With this and the agreement with large transport companies such as DHL, UPS, MRW, SEUR ... we can also offer transport price as competitive as possible while streamlining the delivery periods on the other hand.
With regard to consumable spare parts (such as radio control batteries, chargers, cables, radiators for cranes, hydraulic pumps, etc.), we work with leading brands and also with cheaper "compatible brands".
With the communication channels described above it is about giving an answer as quickly as possible, with shipments from the factory in 2-3 days when they are urgent and with usual deliveries of 1 week approximately as long as the manufacturer has the piece in stock. On the other hand we work to offer very competitive prices on used spare parts of the best quality, in multiple brands.
A main value in Transgrúas is that we try to get involved in the project, advise our clients technically and objectively and provide them with the tools and information so they can make the best decisions always with the help of the after sales department for a better service.
