An innovative assembling, without chasis reinforcement and really interesting stability results.
Our technical department is in constant trainning, evolving and always looking for improve and innovate the assemblings. This fact is reflected every day in our equipments and our way of working. Today we want to talk about the self-supporting assembling.
This assembling offers a bunch of advantages both for the maker and the final client. First of all, it does not need a reinforcement on the chasis, which means a time and money save. This is possible because the assembling absorbs the over effort without using the chasis.
Another of the main advantages of this kind of assembling is the stability results we get: we get a 44% of the load capacity without opening the stabilizers, if we open them a 40% we get an 80% of the load capacity without any counterweight. And over the 60% of the extension, we get the 100% of the load. In addition, the work in front of the cabin is optimized without front stabilizers.
Also as an important advantage for the client we have this fact: we can advance in the assembling without having the truck in our workshop. This way, the client uses the truck much more time before leaving it for the assembling.
And last but not least, it has to be highlight that this assembling is easy to extract in case the truck needed to be repaired. Also, the stabilizers are detachable, as no welding is used for its assembling.
As you have seen, many advantages which make this assembling really promising.
