What should we prioritise? Jorge, our engineer, clarify some of the main aspects for us.
One of the main problems we face every day in our technial and commercial deparments is the compatibility between truck and chosen crane. With this note we want to inform you about the aspects you should consider in order to avoid a waste of both time and money.
The most important aspects to take into account are the masses, dimensions and equipment to be assembled (crane, hooklift,...). With these details we should ask an specialist and see each one of the elements for obtaining the needs and requirements of the client, whithout spending more money than the necessary on the truck: a truck which allows us to work with our equipment, always safe and legal viability way.
If we do already have a truck, and we are looking for the equipment (we do recomend to do it backwards), we should chose an equipment which fits the technical and legal capacities of the truck.
Last but not least, we have a detail that we sometimes take for granted and can be vital: the available payload. As you know, some activities need a great load capacity, and depending on the truck and equipment characteristics, this capacity could be reduced.
Our technical and commercial departments will be glad to receive you and solve any doubts in order to choose wisely!
