Since 2009 we offer the possibility of subscribing a maintenance contract for any of the equipment that we commercialize. In this post we explain the advantages of having a revised machine and in correct order of operation
After a decade of experience making maintenance contracts in hydraulic cranes on trucks, aerial platforms and lifting traps mainly, the feedback from our customers is positive. We review in this post how it works and the advantages of this service whose main objective is to extend the useful life of the machine in excellent operating conditions of work and safety for the operator.
The initial idea of offering maintenance contracts arose to solve the requirements set out in RD1215 / 97 on safety and health for the use of work equipment by workers. This royal decree was not new, but in the years of increased activity in the construction sector, it began to demand more "regulated" the demonstration of the machines that accessed the work (especially trucks crane), offer guarantees of its proper functioning. To the point that who could demonstrate that his truck crane was up to date revisions, agreed to the work and who could not guarantee it did not agree. The final objective of RD 1215/97 was and is to ensure the protection of the health of workers against the risks arising from working conditions and sets the standards that the employer must follow to ensure such safety.
This practice was extended to other types of machines and sectors and from Transgrúas, we developed specific maintenance programs for the entire range of equipment that we traded: Fassi articulated hydraulic cranes, Maxilift, scrap cranes, Anteo lift traps, Marrel container hook equipment, Multitel Pagliero aerial platforms, etc.
We only offer this service locally in Spain so you will find full explanation in Spanish version of the post.
