My goal is to check that the different processes of the sale are done correctly and accompany the customer at all times so that he feels satisfied with both the quality of the machine plus the assembly and service that we offer in Transgrúas
The commercial activity in Transgrúas is intense: with 4 own work centers, sales men in different areas and product specialists, the figure of the "sales manager" takes on a very important dimension within the department, since a large part of the responsibilty in the correct final delivery to the customer falls on him.
Juan D. Berrocal is the person whom holds this position in Transgrúas and in this post he explains us what his function consists of and the dedication with which he faces his daily activity:
"I am a meticulous and demanding man and thus I focus my work: in order to coordinate the different departments that intervene in the sale of a machine so that the result is optimal. This is easy said and that it sounds obvious and easy, but if you bare in mind that besides selling a machine, it has to be mounted on a truck and normaly we need to undertake complementary works such as bodywork reforms, or painting or renovations, suddenly the word "coordinate" takes a large dimension and we must closely monitor the different steps and be in contact with the sales man whom is in direct contact with the final customer to inform him.
His tasks are very diverse and require a meticulous organization of the day to attend to everything: commercial support to the sellers and dealers network, supervision of sale orders that arrive, commercial interlocutor with our suppliers equipment suppliers, guidelines for the elaboration of the price list of the different products. In addition, Juan D. is directly responsible for the management of the sale of hydraulic accessories that can be attached to cranes: baskets, forks, grapples, bivalves ...
The daily activity is intense and requires a great capacity of work to carry it out, for which we appreciate the dedication of Juan D. and the exquisite attention offered to Transgruas' customers.
