DO NOT MISS ANY DETAIL: EXTRA LOW CRANE ASSEMBLING

We make a meticulous study of all our assemblings and we do find improvements and options that gives our client many advantages.
We would like to show you the "extra low" special assembling we do. They are assemblings with a low profile of only 100mm., when the normally used ones are 160mm./200mm.
These kind of assembings have been done with cranes of 60ton/m (a F600) and a 90ton/m (a F950), and they could be done with cranes up to 100ton/m. As the main advantages of this assembling we have the fact of being able to assemble equipments until a height of 3.000mm. and also reduce the body so higher equipments and accessories can be loaded.
All these is done complying with the torsion demands, as the assembling is done of special high elastic resistence steel.

Sabemos que en determinados montajes es fundamental conseguir un perfil de sobrechasis lo más bajo posible. Nosotros lo hemos hecho en alguna ocasión utilizando acero de alto límite elástico para montaje de F660RA2.28 en cabeza tractora logrando una altura de sobrechasis de 112 mm en la zona de acoplamiento de la quinta rueda. Además acoplamos un sistema de cuatro twist-lock para poder acoplar una caja fija abierta cuando no se use el vehículo como tractora.04/04/2022 09:56:33
