TRANSPIEDRA REINFORCES ITS FLEET WITH A MARREL AL22 HOOKLIFT

A Marrel AL22 for the company in Algeciras.

Transpiedra, a leading transport, waste management, and crane company in Algeciras, has added a Marrel AL22 hooklift, one of the most advanced heavy-duty systems on the market.

 

The new Marrel AL22 offers a lifting capacity of 22 tons with a distance of 6,000 mm between the hook and roller center. Key features include a cast, replaceable lifting hook, mounted with two pins for easy maintenance, and an integrated rubber pusher that ensures safer operations.

 

The system incorporates an advanced free-spinning frame that acts as a power multiplier, optimizing energy consumption. It features four externally centered supports, large-flange rear rollers on a tilt axle, and a perforated auxiliary frame for complete installation.

 

In terms of safety, it includes an external hydraulic locking device, automatic deactivation of the telescopic arm during tipping, check valves on all hydraulic cylinders, and pneumatic ON/OFF controls in the cab with indicator lights.
