TRANSGRUAS DELIVERS A FASSI F40B TO OPTIMIZE ITS BEEKEEPING OPERATION

Transgruas has successfully completed the delivery and installation of a Fassi F40 knuckle boom crane for David Bernardo, a company dedicated to the beekeeping sector. This addition demonstrates how specialized lifting equipment becomes an indispensable ally, even in activities as closely linked to the rural and natural world as beekeeping.

The delivered Fassi F40 features a complete technical configuration adapted to the demands of fieldwork. Its lifting capacity of 3.99 Tn/m, with a lifting class of HCD4/S2, and a 3.2 Tn rotating hook are particularly noteworthy. The 370º rotation system with mechanical locking at 210º ensures optimal maneuverability in confined spaces, such as those common in agricultural and beekeeping operations.

The manually extendable stabilizers, reaching up to 2,770 mm, with a ball-joint support plate and adjustable to 30º or 180º, provide a solid and versatile base on any type of terrain. The unit is completed with four hydraulic extensions, bilateral controls, a Hydrocontrol distributor, a M.O.L. system, and a horizontal position indicator for the main boom, ensuring maximum safety and operational control.

One of the most significant aspects of this project was the creation of a custom rear assembly, specifically designed to meet the client's logistical needs: loading, unloading, and relocating beehives and heavy beekeeping equipment—operations that previously required considerable manual effort. In addition, we have installed a Scanreco radio remote control.
