RIPOTRANS EXPANDS ITS FLEET WITH A CUSTOM-BUILT FASSI F545RA FIXED BODY CRANE

At Transgrúas, we are privileged to have clients who have trusted us for years. This is the case with Ripotrans, a leading company in the national and international transport sector, which is once again placing its trust in our equipment with the addition of a Fassi F545RA.2.26 knuckle boom crane, mounted on a 4-axle truck and complete with a custom-designed fixed body.

 

 

The Fassi F545RA.2.26 hydraulic crane is an ideal solution for those looking to combine power, technology, and maneuverability in a single piece of equipment. With a lifting capacity of 50.21 t/m and 6 hydraulic extensions, this crane is equipped with continuous rotation, an FX500 electronic limiter, XP system, FSC SII stability control, XF (Extra Fast) system, and a 6-function Scanreco mini V7 radio control. All of this provides the operator with greater precision, safety, and efficiency when handling complex loads.

 

 

The project was completed with a 6,200 x 2,550 x 800 mm fixed body, with a meticulous technical and functional design. Embedded Finnish wood was used for the floor, and built-in lashing straps, 8 winches, and 8 lashing hooks were incorporated, as well as a front fire extinguisher bar, tool boxes, a water drum, and a fire extinguisher box.

 

Furthermore, our engineering department managed the individual approval of the entire vehicle, ensuring compliance with all technical and legal requirements for new 4-axle vehicles.
