JMG M SERIES: 100% ELECTRIC PICK&CARRY CRANES THAT REDEFINE COMPACTNESS AND VERSATILITY

Innovative models that combine advanced industrial design, intelligent modularity, and electric technology.

JMG Cranes has taken a decisive step toward the future of industrial lifting with the launch of its new M Series, a line of 100% electric pick&carry cranes that sets new standards in compactness, modularity, and operational efficiency. The MC 15.08 and MC 100.08 models represent a radical evolution in the self-propelled crane concept, specifically designed to meet the challenges of modern industrial environments.

Structural innovation: the interchangeable boom system

The true revolution of the M Series of pick&carry cranes lies in its interchangeable boom system, a technical solution that allows the machine's functionality to be completely transformed in a matter of minutes. Each model can be equipped with a short boom for precision work, a manual extension for greater reach, a fork for logistics applications, or an articulated jib for complex lifts, all while maintaining JMG's signature safety and performance standards.

"The goal was to create a machine that adapts to the job, not the other way around," explain the designers at JMG Cranes. "This approach allows the customer to use the same crane in very different contexts, simply by changing the front attachment."

MC 15.08: Extreme Compactness for 5 Tons

The MC 15.08 model sets a new record as the most compact crane ever produced by JMG in the 5-ton category. Measuring just 2.3 meters long, 1.10 meters wide, and 1.60 meters high, this machine is specifically designed to operate in extremely confined environments such as industrial aisles, workshops, and logistics centers.

Its 40-centimeter extendable chassis guarantees the stability necessary for the most demanding operations, while its modular platform allows for configurations tailored to each specific application. The MC 15.08 has been conceived as an open technical platform, configurable according to the required workload.

MC 100.08: Scaled power with the same philosophy

The JMG MC 100.08 pick-and-carry crane extends the M Series' philosophy to larger applications, offering a lifting capacity of up to 15 tons without sacrificing the line's compactness and agility. This model maintains the same modularity of interchangeable booms and shares the advanced control system with remote management capabilities.

Both cranes integrate the latest digital tools developed by JMG's R&D department, enabling intelligent operations management and advanced predictive maintenance.

Functional design: when form follows function

The development of the M Series was not limited exclusively to mechanical engineering. JMG has completely revamped the aesthetic language of its machines, introducing essential lines, functional symmetries, and balanced proportions, with every aesthetic decision guided by functional criteria.

"Design is not a whim, but a tool for technical communication. Form follows function, but it also conveys solidity, efficiency, and rationality," emphasizes the JMG Cranes design department. The rear hood, for example, was completely redesigned to minimize protruding volumes while improving access to internal components.

Economic and Operational Impact

The intelligent modularity of the M Series generates tangible benefits for operators: it reduces operating costs by eliminating the need for multiple specialized machines, simplifies fleet management, and maximizes return on investment. The versatility of configurations allows a single machine to fulfill multiple operational roles, from a precision tool for industrial assembly to a forklift logistics unit.
