A FASSI CRANE SET + MARREL HOOK-UP EQUIPMENT TRAVELS TO MALLORCA

This Fassi articulated hydraulic crane set with Marrel container hook-up equipment strengthens the operational capabilities of the Mallorcan company Construcciones Metálicas Cañellas, a leading company in the Balearic Islands specializing in the manufacture and assembly of metal structures.

 

This new addition represents a significant technological boost for Construcciones Metálicas Cañellas, a family-owned company with four generations of experience and established as a leader in the construction of metal structures, the design and calculation of industrial warehouses, and hotel renovations both in the Balearic Islands and the Iberian Peninsula.

 

 

The equipment delivered stands out for its advanced technical features. The Fassi F255RA knuckle boom crane incorporates six hydraulic extensions providing a lifting capacity of 23 tons per meter. It features a control system with the advanced FX500 electronic limiter, ProLink technology, and a Danfoss D850 distributor. It also features the XP Power Reserve System and the XF (Extra Fast) system to optimize working times. The hydraulically extendable outriggers reach 5,990 mm, providing an exceptionally stable working base.

 

The crane also incorporates the innovative Fassi FSC SII stability control, a V20 model lifting winch, two additional manual extensions, and an RCS SCANRECO radio control for maximum control and operational safety.

 

 

The set is completed with the Marrel Al20 hooklift, which includes its own oil tank, a hook height of 1,570 mm, and a telescopic arm with external body lock, making it a versatile tool for multiple applications.

 

The system incorporates a low-height chassis, a removable and replaceable hook, a power-multiplying rear swing arm, a braking valve in the arm cylinders, and an end-of-travel shock absorber. To complete the configuration, a vertical stabilizing roller and a body specifically designed for the hooklift have been installed.
