The Jekko JF1050 is an articulated crawler crane designed for complex lifting operations where lifting capacity, movement precision and maximum operational versatility are required.
At Transgruas, we exclusively distribute Jekko products in Spain. This model combines the performance of a high-capacity articulated hydraulic crane with the mobility and compact footprint typical of crawler cranes.
Lifting capacity and working height
The JF1050 offers a maximum lifting capacity of 22,000 kg and a maximum working height of up to 34.5 metres, delivering excellent performance in industrial assembly, technical construction, glass installation, maintenance and special lifting operations.
Articulated boom with maximum versatility
One of the most outstanding features of this model is its 3-articulation boom structure, a configuration that allows obstacle overcoming, negative angle operation and significantly increased versatility when working in confined areas or complex lifting operations.
X-Design decagonal boom sections
The Jekko JF1050 incorporates the X-Design system with decagonal boom sections, optimizing lifting performance and improving the crane’s structural strength during lifting operations.
Diesel Bi-Energy power system
The crane is equipped with a 55 kW Deutz diesel engine with variable speed management, reducing fuel consumption, minimizing noise levels and improving hydraulic movement speed. In addition, it includes a DPF filter with automatic management.
Optional 100% electric operation
Optionally, the JF1050 can operate through an Electric Power Pack system for 100% electric, emission-free and low-noise operation, making it especially suitable for indoor applications or environmentally sensitive urban areas.
Stability and working configurations
Stability is another of its strong points thanks to telescopic outriggers with continuous 0°/45° rotation, variable extension and adjustable height, allowing asymmetric configurations depending on the requirements of each lifting operation.
Self-removable counterweights
The machine incorporates self-removable counterweights in 3 and 2-ton modules, facilitating transport and optimizing logistics between different job sites and projects.
Wide range of hydraulic accessories
The versatility of the Jekko JF1050 is enhanced thanks to its multiple available configurations and accessories.
Hydraulic jib and winch
The crane can be equipped with a hydraulic jib with a lifting capacity of 6,500 kg and a fully extended length of 12.5 metres, as well as a hydraulic winch with up to 9,000 kg capacity in three-fall configuration.
Accessories for special applications and optional equipment
The range of accessories includes an EN280-certified man basket, JVM800R glass manipulator, mechanical extensions and a 16-ton searcher hook, significantly expanding the machine’s operational capabilities.
