Despite the fact that there is no specific ITC for truck-mounted cranes, unlike self-propelled cranes that do have an ITC, in public works and the construction sector the operator is usually required to present a crane driver's license to demonstrate their training adequate. UNE 58161:2021 regulates this training and Transgrúas, as a partner of COFIGRUHA (Technical Commission of Manufacturers and Importers of Articulated Hydraulic Cranes), is a recognized training entity.

In November 2021 a new regulation was published: the UNE 58161:2021 regarding the hydraulic knukle boom crane operator. Transgrúas, as a accredited training center, certified by OCA Global, and we organise courses according to the UNE 58161 norm.
