YOUR JEKKO GLAZING ROBOT IS ALSO A MINIPICKER

From glass handling to hook-based load movement.

If you already use a Jekko MPK glass robot to handle and install glass, you know how useful it is for securing pieces with suction cups and positioning them during assembly. But its applications don't end with glazing: the same unit can also operate as a "Pick & Carry" minipicker using a hook.
This dual functionality allows you to expand the range of jobs performed with your glazing robot and utilize it for other lifting and load-moving tasks.

From suction cups to hook: do more with your MPK

By swapping the suction cup attachment for a hook—depending on the model and configuration—the MPK shifts from handling glass to lifting other materials and components. This means a machine that is already part of your workflow can be used across various stages of a construction or installation project.

Beyond glazing, consider using it to move loads of up to 2 tonnes during assembly, maintenance, or internal logistics tasks. Before any operation, it is essential to verify the equipment's capacity and the working conditions applicable to that specific configuration.

Pick & Carry: lift and transport with the same unit

The "Pick & Carry" function allows you to lift a load and move around with it, staying within the limits established by the manufacturer. This extends the MPK's capabilities far beyond glass positioning via suction cups.

Its compact design and electric operation make it ideal for indoor use, where space constraints often dictate equipment choice. Having both functions available allows you to maximize your investment across a wider range of jobs.

At Transgrúas, we help you identify the right applications and accessories for your MPK. Discover how to use your glazing robot as a Pick & Carry minipicker.
