Finding qualified technicians for the assembly and repair of knuckle boom cranes is one of the biggest challenges in the industry. At Transgrúas, we've been actively working for over two years to change that.

 

 

Many vocational training students in mechanics, electronics, or industrial manufacturing don't realize that companies like ours offer a great career path. Mechanics is often associated with cars or motorcycles, not articulated hydraulic cranes. However, it's a demanding technical field with advanced technology and a high demand for qualified professionals that the industry struggles to meet.

 

 

To address this labor shortage, Transgrúas has established internship agreements with vocational training institutes so students can work directly in our workshop. We participate in career fairs like Fira't in Granollers, where companies and students can meet in person. We also collaborate with AFUPRO on initiatives such as the Future Professionals Competition held at SMOPYC 2026, where the winner of our competition received a 20-hour practical training internship at our facilities.

 

 

We are recruiting technical professionals in three areas: crane and industrial equipment mechanic, legalization technician, and CNC designer/operator for industrial manufacturing. In all cases, we offer in-house training from day one.
