WE DELIVERED A FASSI F485RA.2.26 WITH JIB ON A 6X6 MULTIFUNCTION TRUCK

At Transgrúas, we have delivered a complete lifting system based on a Fassi F485RA.2.26 knuckle boom crane equipped with a jib, mounted on a two-axle 6x6 truck specially configured to handle work in complex terrain and hard-to-reach areas, for our client Hormaran.

 

This project stands out for its extraordinary versatility. The vehicle incorporates a removable body, a fifth wheel, and a Sky3 personnel basket with a capacity for three people and a rotating system, allowing for combined lifting, transport, and work at height operations with a single piece of equipment.

 

 

One of the most innovative aspects of this setup is the incorporation of Fassi's new SP system, a technology that combines pressure and leveling stability control to optimize the crane's performance under demanding working conditions. Thanks to this system, the equipment can better utilize its lifting and reach capacities, even on uneven terrain, reducing the operational limitations traditionally encountered in these types of applications.

 

 

To complete the configuration, the vehicle incorporates front outriggers that allow work to be carried out in front of the cab at capacities close to 80% of the crane's maximum performance. Furthermore, the entire assembly has been developed through a prior stability and configuration study conducted by the Transgrúas technical team, ensuring that each component contributes to maximizing the equipment's potential.

 

The result is a solution particularly well-suited for mountain work, ski slopes, infrastructure maintenance, and any application where mobility, stability, and lifting capacity are critical factors.
