FASSI F195A MOUNTED IN MADRID FOR TRANSTEL

Transgrúas has delivered a Fassi F195A.0.24 articulated hydraulic crane to Transtel from its Madrid branch. The project encompasses the crane, the bodywork, and the complete vehicle configuration, ready for the loading, unloading, and lifting operations performed by the client.

 

 

The Fassi F195A.0.24, featuring an 18.65 tonne-meter lifting capacity and an HD4/S2 classification, is built for intensive use. The XF system accelerates crane movements and reduces cycle times, while the Scanreco radio remote control allows the operator to stand next to the load for greater precision and safety.

 

Extra-extendable stabilizers, with a spread of 5,990 mm, widen the vehicle's support base. Combined with Fassi's stability control system, the crane can operate over the truck bed at full capacity and over the cab at reduced capacity. The moment limiting system automatically adjusts parameters based on the working zone and stabilizer position, maximizing the use of available space at each job site or delivery point.

 

 

Each vehicle is configured according to its intended use. In this instance, the Transgrúas team adapted the rear outrigger connections and fabricated a fixed open body measuring 6,300 x 2,550 x 800 mm. Features include a reinforced front wall and load-bearing gantry, aluminum side and rear panels to minimize total weight, and a retractable access ladder for safe entry into the cargo bed.
