TRANSGRUAS STRENGTHENS THE GLASS SECTOR IN BAGÈS WITH A FASSI F135A

Transgrúas has recently completed the delivery of a Fassi F135A.0.20 ACTIVE knucle boom crane to a specialized glass industry company located in the Bages region. This addition provides a robust solution for handling industrial glass.

Capacity and Maneuverability

The crane stands out for its 13.05 tonne-meter lifting capacity and HD4/S2 classification—features well-suited for handling the bulky yet delicate loads typical of the glass sector. It features an 8-tonne swivel hook with 390° rotation, ensuring precision during operations.

Advanced Technology for Safe Operations

The F135A.0.20 ACTIVE model incorporates the FX500 electronic load limiter and the D850 system, along with a graphic display for real-time function monitoring. The M.O.L. (Manual Overload Limiter) system and an oil cooler ensure stable performance during intensive work shifts.

For handling fragile materials like glass, the crane is equipped with the FSC P Stability Control system, which monitors operating conditions. Single-sided controls and the Scanreco RCS radio remote control allow the operator to control the equipment precisely from the most suitable position.

The crane is complemented by a manual extension that increases its reach for specific operations.
