WE COMPLETED THE TRAINING GRANT AWARDED TO THE WINNER OF THE AFUPRO FUTURE PROFESSIONALS COMPETITION AT THE SMOPYC FAIR

20 hours. Real machines. Specialized technicians.

In April 2026, during the 2nd Competition for Future Professionals in Machinery and Lifting held at SMOPYC (Zaragoza Trade Fair), Transgrúas awarded a training grant to a student from the Institut Narcís Monturiol in Girona, who won our diagnostic test on a FASSI F345RB.2.28 knuckle boom crane.

Training at Transgrúas completed in two phases

The grant consisted of 4 hours of online training and 16 hours of in-person training at our workshop, delivered by Transgrúas' after-sales team. During the in-person phase, Jarish worked with real machines and procedures specific to a workshop specializing in the assembly and repair of Fassi truck-mounted cranes.

A commitment to developing a pool of skilled technicians

Transgrúas has been in the lifting and material handling sector for 48 years. The shortage of qualified technicians in hydraulics, electronics, and lifting equipment diagnostics is one of the sector's main challenges today. That's why we collaborate with AFUPRO and Vocational Training Institutes throughout Spain: to build our own pool of skilled technicians and introduce this career path to students who are not yet aware of it.
