NEW DELIVERY OF A FASSI F805 TECHNO CRANE FOR SIMONET CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS

Simonet Construction Materials S.L., a company with over fifty years of experience supplying materials in the Balearic Islands, has added a complete lifting unit to its fleet, supplied and installed by Transgrúas.

 

 

The truck-mounted crane has a lifting capacity of 75 Tn/m and an HD5/S2 class rating. It features 7 hydraulic extensions on the main boom and a jib with 6 hydraulic and 3 manual extensions. The jib is equipped with the JDP system, which manages a different calibration of the pressure and the intervention of the hydraulic extension's moment limiter, based on the position of the crane's extensions. The assembly is a sandwich configuration, with front stabilizers that optimize work in front of the cab and rear stabilizers extendable up to 8,290 mm with ball joint support plates.

 

 

The electronic system integrates the FX990 limiter, the IOC, CCD, and ADC systems, the IMC software, the XP and XF functions, and automatic folding for quick retrieval at the end of each day. The V28 winch completes the lifting capabilities. Active safety is ensured by the FSC Techno SII, which continuously monitors the stability of the assembly. The control system is operated via a Scanreco Maxi V7 radio remote control with 8 levers, a color display, and real-time monitoring of pressures and loads. The Danfoss D900 8-function distributor manages the flow using electronic flow-sharing.

 

 

The unit includes a removable and deployable 4 mm steel floor box, spring-loaded folding sides, a rear door, removable pillars, a loading bridge, hooks, winches, toolboxes, a fire extinguisher, a water tank, a retractable ladder, and plastic mudguards.
